Local band Oucho Sparks is setting up quite the spectacle for their concert event at Portage Theater. The show is a CD release party for Foreign Cars and Robots and promises an extensive light show, flying saucers, a marching band and costumes as the progressive/electronic band celebrates its fourth release.
