Has Going Organic Made A Difference?
We lead a pretty healthy lifestyle. We'd say our only unhealthy vice is the booze. (and an occasional burrito) We eat really consciously, exercise 5-6 times week and take vitamins aplenty. During our trip to Florida this past April we read a couple different things about Organic eating. Even though our budget is stretched pretty thin until August we decided to give a full-blown Organic diet a shot. After about a month of an 85% Organic diet (it's not easy - temptations and options make it hard) we feel considerably better. This is coming off a very solid foundation as mentioned earlier. That may have made it easier for us, but if we've had these results, those out there that might be rather unhealthy - a switch like this might really improve your world. The food doesn't taste bad at all, in fact in many cases it has tasted better without any chems covering up the flava. The major concern is cost and dining out options. So that's our report on Organic eating and our findings. It might be worth a try.
